Crucial Recruiting brings a recruiting function into funded startups and small companies. Two ways to work with us on an ongoing basis, plus contingent hiring, and none of them charge a percentage of the candidate’s salary as a monthly fee.
Embedded recruiting
A full recruiting function inside your team, on a flat monthly fee set by scope. A recruiter runs the searches, tool-augmented sourcing feeds them. Three months to start, then month to month.
Fractional expert placement
We source, place and manage a fractional CPO, CTO or CHRO on your team, billed monthly. You get the seat filled without carrying the hire yourself.
Contingent hiring
Contingency at 15 percent of first-year salary, paid only when your hire starts. No monthly fee, no term. Best for a single, one-off role.
